Forum is now over one year old :)

BikeGremlin Forum went live on October 11th 2023.

These are the first three threads posted by members (the first of those is in my native ):

• VPS u Bosni, Hrvatskoj i Srbiji
• Offset frames and lacing patterns
• GRX 400 compatible Low Clamp FD

Here are the forum post (and post like/reaction) statistics for the last 365 days (369 to be more precise):

As far as I'm conserned, forum has worked wonderfully.

It has allowed for easy answering of any questions in a way that can be searched and found later on, for similar questions (so people can find those answers themselves or so that I can just copy/paste a link to an answer).

The atmosphere is positive - in other words it is not problematic or "toxic" as some online communities (including the corporate-owned "social networks") often are.

Thanks to everyone who has participated, you are awesome - and here is to another great year!

If you've noticed a purple bar at the top that "charges" as you scroll, it's all good - I've just implemented that.

That scroll progress bar is a small thing, but (to me at least) it makes the viewing and browsing a bit nicer.

This is how I did it (primitive, haven't written a theme-independent separate XenForo add-on, but it works ):
