I got this question in the "Robust and cheap to run bicycle" video's comment section:

Where I can buy that kick stand, KLS? I cannot find it anywhere... I like the model a lot and the mounting on it, and if you are using it it is probably great.

True, I did praise the KLS kickstand without giving much further info - so here it is:

KLS (or Kellys) is a Slovakian company:

My country, Serbia, is a very small, poorly supplied market. There is not much choice for any bike components. One company in my city (Vector Bikes) imports KLS parts so they are locally available. KLS's prices are reasonable, while their quality is OK, so I often use their grips, brake pads, and kick stands (and my house floor pump is also KLS). All good.

This is the KLS's kickstand model list (on their website):

I suppose that larger markets (like the EU and the US) have more choices and even if KLS is not available there, there probably is some decent alternative. As far as I know, Vector Bikes doesn't sell or ship abroad (I did offer my help with that, almost a decade ago, but they just aren't interested, and that's fine - their business, their policy).

Regarding KLS, these models are good:
  • KICKUP (check if using a disc brake for clearance - might not be possible to mount it)
  • E-KICK (for heavier bikes with a designed kickstand mount on the left chainstay)
  • DOUBLEKICK (for steel frames and not-too-heavy aluminium ones - IMO at least)
  • KICKBACK (for frames with a kickstand mount plate behind the bottom bracket)
Relja

Another good example is my commuter bike kickstand (no idea what brand that is or how much it costs new, I’d have to google it):
