If there is no removable ring on the silver (outer) section, I would try pulling/knocking the bearing towards the darker part’s side (the one with pawls).
It looks like a separate part that should come off.

I don't think it's worth paying for expensive high-grade bearings for that use.
Decent quality moderately priced bearings from any renowned manufacturer will do the job just fine.
It's not a super fast spinning, nor a super-precise machine.
