Hi all,
I'm trying to find a replacement freehub body for a rear hub on a Blackwell Research One Hundred wheelset (carbon tubular, 700C, 24h, QR 10x130mm, ~2008). Blackwell went out of business long ago, and the original freehub body's splines are too worn to seat a cassette properly.

I removed the worn freehub body and measured the hub shell directly:
  • Bore/opening for freehub body: 31mm
  • Ratchet teeth in hub shell: 12, in 6 pairs
  • Axle diameter: 15mm
  • Axial depth to seat: 10mm
  • Outer lip/dust seal diameter: 39mm, I think.
  • Original freehub spec was Shimano HG10 splines
I'm hoping someone recognizes this as a known OEM hub family (Joytech, Formula, generic Taiwan hub, etc.) so I can search for the correct freehub body by name rather than guessing by dimensions alone.

I've attached photos of the hub shell, the worn freehub body (with a "630" marking on it), and the cassette splines.

Any pointers appreciated – happy to take additional measurements if useful.

Thanks!
